Roles and Responsibilities
- As an Assistant Manager you would be responsible for promoting and selling GHCL products and services to customers in your respective region.
- You would be expected to visit 4-5 customers and meet the key decision makers
- As the lead matures, you would also be responsible for submitting commercial proposals, negotiating and finalizing the order.
- You would also be creating database of qualified customers and prioritizing them for your meeting
- The role requires you to be good at planning & executing your annual / monthly & weekly targets
- Managing both our existing sales pipeline and developing new business opportunities
- Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
- Channel partner management- monitor, control, Receivables, operations and day to day coordination with Logistics
- Responsible for planning and conceptualizing various strategies to achieve sales goals and
business growth.
