Job Description
MVP Group looking for a dynamic candidate who has experience with developing digital advertising operations to
achieve revenue and growth targets in our newer digital channels, including Walmart, Wayfair, Ebay, Tic Tok, Instagram, Pinterest and Instacart.
There will be agencies involved in our main channels, including Google and Facebook, and the position will be responsible for supporting and aiding those programs as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- • Proactively review, analyze, report, and communicate performance metrics and suggest recommendations
- to improve digital marketing programs
- • Understanding MVP groups product suite, tools and workflow processes.
- • Ensure alignment between digital ads, and website products.
- • Ability to use and learn quickly newer advertising platforms.
- • Understand UX and develop ideas about how we can improve any given area of the conversion funnel from
- targeting to ad copy to landing pages.
- • Identify areas of improvement in our advertising campaigns, and plan projects to address those
- opportunities.
- • Manage online Cost to Acquire, online funnel conversion rates, and digital advertising budget
- • Develop Lead Generation and Direct Sales campaigns for our B2B business
- • Implement best practices in regard to digital data tracking, advertising strategies, and digital conversions
- • Responsible for online conversion rate optimization.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- • BS/BA degree from accredited four-year college or university in Economics, Marketing, Advertising,
- Business or any other related stream; MBA is a plus
- • 5 years of e-commerce experience.
- • 3 years of experience interpreting data generated from e-commerce activity.
- • Detailed knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google, Facebook).
- • Fluent in English, ability to write advertising copy.
- • Excellent ability in Microsoft Excel
- • Comfortable with quantitative analysis
- • Natural sales mentality and ability
- • Deep experience of conversion funnels
- • Understanding of optimization testing
- • Certification in Google Analytics or Google ads is a plus.
