JD: Trade Finance BA
Leveraging Newgens BPM expertise and experience in Trade Finance, Supply Chain and
Payment Hub thereby providing compelling value prop to prospective client.
Consulting, Research, Implementation & enablement of Presales etc that results in the best
solution for business objectives as a Consulting Practitioner.
Working collaboratively with clients and internal teams to develop integrated business and
operating strategies that create rapid and sustainable value.
Responsible for giving Demos & POCs at the CXO/senior management level.
Ability to understand RFP content and formulate questions in line with the objective of gathering
information required for the solution.
Understanding client key business drivers, problem areas and articulate it to all stakeholders
Partnering with the business to evaluate business goals, identify business problems, guide
business & technology transformation initiatives and propose appropriate solutions.
Thought Leadership by participating with banking audience through blogs, webinars, and
whitepapers
Research & Competitor analysis of Trade Solutions in the market.
Reviewing Complex Requirements gathering and elicitation, Gap analysis, Solution design
workflow modeling
Desire skills:
B.E/B. Tech. or MBA from a reputed institute, with minimum 3 years of experience as system
analyst for software products like ERP, CRM, BPM, ECM. You must have or minimum 4 years
Trade Finance Banking Experience :
Understanding of the software product market dynamics and software development processes.
Possess excellent relationship, communication and customer relationship management skills.
Exhibit strong leadership qualities through quick decision-making and change management &
strong analytical ability.
Good experience in Ms-Office and documentation skills.
Willingness to travel for Short term/Long term within India/Outside India and work as per
project requirements.
Should have: Clear thinking, flexibility, adaptability to work schedules, effective verbal and
written communication, time management, self-confidence, open to changes & challenges, eye
for detail, perseverance, discreetness and diplomacy, analytical thinking; sound independent
decision making and team work. Must possess the attitude to deliver solution First Time Right.
