JD :
- Responsible for achieving the target
- Execute all the digital initiatives including the Paid, Owned and Earned media.
- Sel-execute across a gamut of marketing channels (SEM/ PPC/ Google Adwords/ Display / Social Media marketing/ Programmatic / Viral marketing/ Brand marketing etc.) and activities (including campaign management, keywords targeting, optimization based on data driven strategies, etc.)
- Constantly unearthing new opportunities for growth leveraging the power of digital/social, with mobile as the primary device.
- Track, report, and analyze website analytics and campaigns.
- Analyse data to gather insights for new marketing campaigns
- Set up multiple Landing pages and run A/B tests to understand user behavior
- Work with the engineers and designers in the team to implement UI changes and layout Managing external partners and technology players
- Experiment with various advertising channels and track conversions to optimize marketing campaigns
- Use Google Analytics to capture key site performance metrics to measure, test and improve our website conversion rate, and promote a good user experience
- Leverage data trends to optimize spend and performance of all digital activities
Required :-
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing with at least 4 years in internet companies (building/growing consumer brands in the internet space is a plus)
- Flair with numbers and analytics. Hands on mobile and web analytics (implementation, modelling, analysis)
- 2+ years of experience in Google AdWords / Facebook paid marketing / content marketing with proven customer acquisition and retention track record
- Proficient in digital marketing / SEM/ PPC/ Google Adwords/ Display/ Social Media marketing/ Viral marketing/ ATL/ BTL/ Activation/ Brand marketing/Content marketing / Affiliate Marketing etc.
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, Cookies, A/B testing, etc.)
- Must have in-depth understanding of consumer behavior on various digital channels
- Must have hands-on experience with Google Analytics and Adwords.
