Roles and Responsibilities
BP guide, BP correction, rescind (All modules)
- EIB User template fill-in, mass uploading (All modules)
- MOM operation as an administrator (T&P)
- Upload new contents (questionnaire, onboarding etc.) (Recruiting)
- Update pay range per compensation grade profile etc. (Comp.)
- The 3rd vendor Integration Support (Comp./Recruiting)
- Deal with errors regarding access to GHRP(W)
- Support Report Writer training, and manage security (Report)
- Trouble shooting & guide/co-work with EIB/SSC
Desired Candidate Profile
- At least have a HCM core certification with HR Background
- Additional certification of Workday Comp., T&P or Recruiting
- Experience in workday more than 5 year
- Should have good communication Skills
- Should have problem solving attitude
- Understand knowledge of ITSM
- No problem to go Biz. Trip to Korea or any other subsidiary
