Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide end to end reporting within supply chain
- Performance supply chain diagnostics and analytics
- Optimize reporting of KPIs and Data in general in supply chain Domain
- Provide Adhoc analytical support to enable key decision within supply chain
Major Tasks
- Prepare Local Commercial S&OP Decks (All Nordics & Ireland affiliates will be taken over until end of 2021)
- Prepare MMR Volume Review data and slide
- Prepare Forecast Accuracy and Bias Analysis File and update the relevant slides
- Prepare slides and analysis on other KPIs such as stockouts, inventory policy adherence, working capital etc.
- Prepare slides using FMT / OMP graphs to drive discussion in the meeting for forecast changes
- Prepare product portfolio update using Launch Management Plan
- Prepare inventory review slides: critical items (potential stockouts) / excess inventory (action driven)
- Provide and analysis of the gaps between Open GSF and Last Month and latest budget
- Work on demand segmentation ABC/XY and maintenance of PLC
- Work on scrap projection and reporting
- The tasks are mainly expected to be carried out from WD1 to 1day before GSF lock date (Thursday before second Monday in a given month). Rest of the month is reserved for improvements to files, reports, process, dashboards and data sources.
- Provide end-to-end reporting within supply chain
Take part of offshoring processes transferring current reporting tasks on weekly/monthly/ad hoc basis from region to GSC. This will require to follow the processes for maintaining master data, documenting processes and communicating with employees in NN, typically planners on a daily basis.
- Optimize reporting of KPIs and data in general in supply chain domain
after having transferred activities to GSC, the task is to harmonize and upgrade reporting into current business intelligence framework using Alteryx/Tableau.
Tasks will also be linked to adding new data sources to our Active Data Archive (ADA) enabling the full transparency of our supply chain.
- Support projects related to future use of analytics
Having the available data in our ADA, will enable project related tasks such as looking into predictive analytics, network optimisations and simulations supporting the competence centre in DK.
- Provide ad-hoc analytical support to enable key decisions within supply chain
Support various roles in DK with more ad hoc tasks linked to various supply chain processes and analysis. Typically develop a temporary reporting standard to monitor a given supply situation or establish an analysis which we can run when asked.
- Develop and maintain KPIs
- Develop and maintain KPIs in Alteryx and Tableau
- Adhere to the ADA guideline and the BI Deployment Model
- Always go for the biggest impact using the least complex method
- Ensure efficient update of KPIs through automation and efficient handover to GSC colleagues
Desired Candidate Profile
Education
- Preferable Master (minimum Bachelor) within finance, supply chain management, logistics from a well-recognised institute
- Good academic track record and grades
Experience
- 5+ years of experience within Business Analytics, preferable within Supply Chain and/or pharma.
- Ability to analyse and process the data
- Preferable good understanding of supply chain concepts (Stock outs, Supply chain modelling, transportation, Inventory)
- Knowledge of business intelligence tool packs such (Alteryx, Tableau, SAP BI)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
- Experienced user of Alteryx and Tableau
- Experience with SAP MM, ECC, APO is preferred
- Experience in conducting meetings with peers including preparation and facilitation of meetings.
