Prepare manpower planning, conduct refresher training and develop underperformers.
Ensuring proper coordination and collaboration among different teams within the organization such as retail, technology, customer services to drive on ground operations.
Setting performance targets and take measures to improve different performance metrics.
Ensure GRN report matches as per the dispatch
GRN stacking to be done same day
FIFO audit to be done on daily basis
Check and tally undelivered orders
Check for negative and positive inventory. Take corrective actions to fix the same.
Audit for damage, expired stock on daily basis.
Handle people and performance related issue.
