With new CH People Services structure is being created. This role will play a key role in supporting the definition and operational effectiveness of enterprise-wide global business processes within Talent (Talent Acquisition and Talent Management) to drive business benefit, continuous improvement and ease of process and systems use for customers working in close partnership with Tech.
This role will work closely with Hub Leadership Teams, Talent Acquisition, Talent & Capability CoE, HR Risk and Tech. This role will also interact with end users of their processes to gather customer insight. High level influencing is required to manage relationships internally and externally. Communicates clearly and concisely, and with empathy, yet also able to command authority. Appropriately adapts communication methods to achieve greatest impact on audience. Invites and respects involvement and contributions from peers, colleagues and superiors.
This role will work on a global scale where processes and systems solutions need to be fit for purpose in every market. An understanding of both business practises and legal requirements is beneficial
This role requires connecting the executive vision to the tactical execution (both in process and systems delivery as well as savings improvements). Their objectives will be global, however no direct impact to revenue targets.

- Manage vendors i.e. setting up contracts and SOW, data privacy, Third Party Oversight, managing performance and establishing key supplier list for learning and leadership development.
- Work with vendors to schedule programmes; ensure demand planning, enrolment, tracking and reporting happens.
- Work with content vendor managers to select best partners for designing / delivering learning, development, talent, capability and other interventions in the CoE.
- Work with L&D team and 3rd party vendors to deliver leadership development solutions that engage, equip and develop leaders.
- Monitor and evaluate vendor performance to ensure adherence to KPI’s and SLA’s
- Facilitation of quarterly business reviews with vendors using data and insights
- Consult stakeholders and external vendors on ways to improve the delivery of services.
- Manage conflicts through a participatory approach.
- Partner with Procurement on aspects such as effectively managing, administering and coordinating all activities associated with the tendering and quotation process involved in contracting, the preparations of specifications, compliance of all relevant documents, inviting and evaluating tenders and quotations, negotiating, as appropriate, and confirming contract awards.
- Monitor contracts to agreed commercial performance, in conjunction with business relationship managers, and where appropriate take remedial action to resolve any issues.

- Experience working in Centre of Excellence role
- Past strong exposure / interaction to management in international business environment.
- Experience with Service Now and Workday.
- Demonstrated analytical skills and experience working with metrics and reporting.
- Strong project management skills.
- Supplier Relationship Management and vendor management required and ability to build trusting relationships
- Experience of procurement, contract, negotiation skills
- Good communication skills including ability to challenge and handle difficult conversations.
