Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Managing Partners are responsible to drive their team of Agency Partners and Life Advisors to complete their targets.
- Recruiting Agency Partners such as Rtd. Govt. Officers, teachers, second innings housewives, making them understand their benefit of
- joining APC as an Agency Partner.
- Support/Clear the path for Agency partners and their Life Advisors.
- Going on joint sales call with the team.
- Creation and management of the team
Requirements:-
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-7 years of Sales experience.
- Good leadership and people skills.
- Excellent time management.
- Great networking abilities.
- Ability to work on different projects simultaneously.
