Job Description
- Directly manage the team of Delivery Executives, Team Leads and Supervisors
- He / She would be managing the customer's expectations and manage the delivery solutions for the customers.
- He / She would be expected to do Business Development in the region and increase the customer base and Delivery Executive count and thus increasing the revenue and profit margins.
- He / She will be responsible for the P & L of the region handled and will always look for ways and means to reduce the cost of operation.
- He would be responsible to highlight any challenges to the Leadership team and manage risk/mitigation plans.
- Should be responsible to provide timely data to the accounts team for timely invoicing of the services provided.
- He / She will also liaise with the accounts team and will follow up for timely payments from the customers.
Desired Candidate Profile - Must be a graduate in any discipline and should have 3 - 5 years of experience managing last-mile delivery operations.
