Roles and Responsibilities
1. Develop complete understanding of the regional business plan
2. Ensure recruitment of qualitative resources as per manpower plan, budget, TAT
3. On-boarding of new hires, appointment letter generation, smooth assimilation within Eye-Q system, creating & managing employee files
4. Drive talent development, talent engagement & performance management initiatives
5. Proactively visit centres within the region to establish visibility, understand & resolve grievances, manage employee relations, drive retention
6. Sharing all data & information pertaining to new joiners & outgoing employees with Corporate HR team for processing payroll and Full & Final settlement
7. Conduct exit interviews, analyze attrition data and ensure smooth exit of outgoing employees
8. Manage HR compliances at the local level
9. Travel for NABH Audit
