Ensure POE Approvals are done on time, by timely escalation and resolution issues
Have a control on the overdue receivables
Ensure all the shipping docs and created and issued as per the timelines

Complete accountability of Demurrage and Detention at Destination
MIS
MIS on daily Sales Funnel, Report Status,
Team Engagement
Conduct joint meetings, Open house meetings with employees to ensure better employee listening and undertake measures to address areas which will improve engagement
Conduct and use daily/weekly gatherings to energize employees for superior performance
Team Performance
Accept full accountability of all team members who are for their performance, development & growth
SOPs and SLAs
Creation SOP for all pre-sales & post sales activities
Sign SLAs with documentation, logistics teams to assure superior service delivery standards
Continuous Improvement
Proactively bring improvements to your day-to-day work through better processes, automation and thinking out of the box
