Roles and Responsibilities
1. To assist in preparation of agenda and minutes of board and general meetings.
2. To fill ROC forms, assist in preparation of Directors report, Annual Report.
3. To draft letters to ROCs, Authorities, Banks, Customers, Vendors etc
4. To track due compliances and draft compliance report.
5. Legal Contract Management, Contract Drafting, Vetting, Red-Lining of Agreements, SOW, Change Orders, Amendment, NDA, other various legal and commercial documents.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualified CS
LLB with 0-2 years Experience
Well versed in MS Office
Working Knowledge in Contract Management and /or CRM Tool
Excellent Communication Skills
