Responsible for the effective and efficient legal support for business restructuring, mergers/amalgamation, acquisitions, contracts, documentation management, providing legal advisory services and ensuring effective management of legal and contractual risks.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department of the region mainly including:
- Preserving the companys IP assets such as trademarks, copyrights, patents, brand names (registrations and renewals), etc.
- Preparing and sending legal notices to clients or IP infringers, filing of legal or civil cases against debtors defaulting payments.
- Devising contracts with agents, partners, or clients as per the laws.
- Providing legal assistance to the Human Resources team for employment matters and contract to draft for employment and other related matters.
- Coordinating with the management for consultation and strategic direction with compliance related to contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations.
- Looking after information and privacy compliance across the national/ international areas where the business exists.
- Providing legal assistance to functional/ department heads and managing leadership in developing agreements, communications, and policies.
- Having Litigation Experience. (Litigation against customers)
- Should have done contract drafting for Sale/Purchase/Land before.
Aware about 138 Process.
Desired Candidate Profile
Person should be LLM,LLB,C.S.
Should have work before in Manufacturing firm.
Experience to analyse property legal papers.
Knowledge about Govt. revenue records.
Computer knowledge also required Experience: Min 4 to 8yrs in relevant industry
