Roles and Responsibilities
Excellent understating of IT Skills, Technologies
Should have hands-on exposure working on job boards such as Naukri, LinkedIn & other headhunting techniques.
Candidates should be extremely motivated self-starter with ability to multi task and prioritize.
Timely submission of resumes as per the position budget and negotiating & finalizing salary accordingly.
Build active pipeline of candidates for current and future pipeline
Ability to multitask and handle constructive Work pressure, especially in peak hiring periods
Should maintain and update all MIS related to recruitment.
Ensure recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as mutually agreed with TL/Manager.
Should be smart & aggressive with solid negotiation and closing skills.
Stakeholder Management- Candidate, Hiring Managers and Panels.
