Job Description
Job role & responsibilities:-
- The candidate has to drive sales and revenue targets for a defined territory
- Generate new business through prospecting, outreach and building relationships
- Having experience in FMCG and experience in on boarding new stores and supermarkets.
- Keeping in contact with existing customers in person and by phone
- Making appointments with and meeting new customers
- Agreeing sales, prices, contracts and payments
- The candidate has to meet sales targets
- Promoting new products and any special deals
- Advising customers about delivery schedules and after-sales service
- Recording orders and sending details to the sales office
- Giving feedback on latest sales trends
Required Candidate profile
- The candidate must have excellent communication skills
- Must be self-motivated
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Focused and possess sales mindset
- Experience in early stage startups is an advantage
