Role and Responsibilities
Candidate should be able to handle a team of 10-15 members, Should have good team handling skill, and should be from tele-sales background. Must be a target oriented leader, maintain defined SLA, and should have good knowledge on call quality attrition and shrinkage
Must have good hands on Microsoft office tools, and experience on any call center dialer will be an added advantage.
To lead an operations team, focused on delivering core metrics of productivity and quality. Should be responsible for planning, assigning and directing work.
Driving daily target of the team
Driving self KRA and team KRA
Equity Demat and Trading Accounts with minimum 10k of margin from each client and cross sell Mutual Funds & Insurance
Execute trades on live terminal and collect cheques from clients.
Educate clients to move on to self trade on line.
Acquire new clients through references and other sources
Know market sentiment via research, valuation and data analysis
Monitor BSE/NSE and other international market performance
Provide key clients daily information related to trading and market movements
Qualification, Experience & Desired Skills
Any Graduate/PG Graduate with 5 to 10 years of relevant experience of handling terminal and NISM certification
A thorough understanding of financial markets, their behavior, movements and expectations with respect to market.
Good understanding of financial products and presentation of those to customers.
Excellent customer relationship management.
Excellent oral and written communication skills with clarity of thought, speech and expression.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Good Analytical Skills.
