Roles and Responsibilities
- Managing Navision/LS Retail setups/Configuration/Implementation.
- L1 & L2 support to Stores and Backoffice.
- Managing and delivery of new requirements. (Change Requests)
- Training to new users Navision/LS-Retail.
- Managing Backups and versions of Application objects.
- Monitoring Day to Day activities for Navision/LS-Retail.
- Point of Sales Support queries for locations.
- Analysis and provide timely support to User queries and Reconciliation.
- Maintain all documentations related to Change Requests and IT Audit.
- New projects (New Stores/Business/ERP)
- Maintaining Logs for Day-to-Day Support activities.
- Maintain IT related annual/Monthly Budgets.
Educational Qualification
- Masters in computer science /IT. (Not Mandatory)
- Bachelor of Computer Science/IT.
Work Experience
Over 12+ years of experience as technical consultant in
ERP- Microsoft Dynamics Navision and LS Retail. (versions 2009/2013/BC.)
Microsoft SQL Server Database.
IT Infrastructure (Not Mandatory)
