Will be responsible for generating and converting leads for our educational products for English communication, to potential
parents and teachers. This job requires end to end ownership of sales funnel.
• Understand demography and generate leads.
• Process them, visit and pitch to convert.
• Grow and nurture customer relationships in every interaction.
• Document necessary information and deliver reports and metrics as needed.
• Highlight issues through feedback and recommend changes in workflows, procedures and service levels to meet business
• Prior experience in direct sales including insurance.
• Flair to evaluate people through probing & exceptional listening.

• Identifying persona and profile of a prospect.
