Roles and Responsibilities
- HR Operations Manager 5 to 10 yrs of experience.

Bangalore
NP: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Responsibility:
This role manages all day-to-day HR operations and be responsible for maintaining internal HR systems. The HR operations role in Zapcom Group refers to the some of the services (and not limited to) provided by the HR department to business operations and day to day operations in the HR department. Operational HR services, include:
1. Recruitment Support Assist in all Talent acquisition matters: Understanding companies job scope/need, potential openings, updating on all portals, Shortlisting, Interview coordinations, offer etc
2. Post Recruitment- induction/orientation presentations to new employees, and explaining new hires the organizational work culture, policies and procedures.
3. Administration - Payroll Administration, Preparing documents such as non-disclosure agreements, contracts/appointment letters and SOP manuals. Employee database management.
4. Employee Relations - for a positive work environment. HR operations is like a bridge between maintaining relations between Management & employees
5. On-boarding (verification's, documentation, induction, training etc)
6. Generalist Activities (Employee engagement/relationship, payroll, PFs, events, CSR etc)
Additional Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves, compensation etc. and resolve issues and problems
2. Employee Records
3. Performance Management
4. Compensation and Benefit management
5. Training Management
6. Miscellaneous Activities (Preparing various reports hiring, attrition, etc Analyzing Jobs/Hires -quarterly/half yearly/annually sometimes daily)
