Role: Team Lead Territory Relationship Executive(TRE)
Job Purpose:
The Team Leader role is to drive TREs for:
1. Onboarding New Members
2. Onboarding current members/customers on FKW & BP app.
3. Acquisition, First order & Repeat
4. Credit management through the TREs (Credit onboarding & collections)
5. Achievement of GMV / Sales target
6. Hiring of TREs
7. Disciplined working of TREs (Attendance, Working as per the plan and daily reporting)
Accountabilities:
- Manage a large field force team to drive key business metric including onboarding, transactions frequency, Topline, Return, Collection metrics
- Deliver targeted buying member conversion and repeat buying member targets (MoM)
- Target & Metric Oriented-Target driven role with daily reporting
- Influence repeat buying behavior and control churn on the platform by relationship management.
- Team management through coordinating with vendors i.e. Recruitment, Attrition control, etc.
- TRE training and content management to ensure adequate information flow to operate in required markets
- Gather market feedback for member expectations and highlight variance with current product capabilities.
- Analyze key areas for improvement in both product and service-related parameters.
Share continuous feedback on product and challenges faced by the customer
- Execute expansion plan across towns and cities in both primary and secondary markets.
- Increase penetration in existing markets through market storming activities.
Regular travel to primary and secondary towns to ensure team working and management
- Manage all customer issues to be tracked and resolved through coordinating with relevant teams
- Active end to end tracking of all customer orders and a key focus on issues like delayed delivery, Fill rate, cancellations
- Deliver credit onboarding targets amongst the customers base
- Execution of complete onboarding process through required documentation
Active tracking of credit collection cycle and ensuring the customer pays within the due date.
Manage a team of 12-15 TREs across geographical locations
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- 3-5 Years experience preferably in FMCG / Fashion / Electronics
- Previous experience in expansion of FMCG / Fashion / Electronics categories
- Team handling experience of at least 2 years with avg. team size of 10
- Strong analytical skills, proficient in problem-solving.
- Knowledge of MS Office, Proficiency in Excel is a must
- Minimum graduation is a must
