The Vice President - Sales & Marketing will be a strategic business partner providing leadership to the Sales team in efforts to sell Life Insurance, Deposits and Mutual Funds - to exceeding sales and closing goals. Essentially build a loyal clientele base for all the Financial Products of Shriram Group and managing the customer for their entire wealth management requirement.
He should have in depth knowledge of the geography, demographics, market and consumer preferences. Recruit, motivate and evaluate Sales Staff. Gather and analyze competitive data and generate market analysis. Train and coach the Sales Team in selling skills on a continuing basis. Establish effective working relationship with the customers directly as well as through the intermediary.
The candidate should be an MBA below 40 years of age with minimum of 10 years direct sales management experience. The candidate should be a hardcore sales person capable of handling a large team across a wide geography. He should be proficient in South Indian languages, Hindi and English.
