Job purpose:
To manage & Develop HoReCa Customer in terms of revenue generation and relationship management in the concerned area.

Location: Mumbai
Reporting: RSM -HoReCa Sales
Key Duties and Responsibilities/Missions
- Develop and keeping updated an Account Plan, develop a business plan for HORECA.
- Handle Primary Sales as well as Secondary Sales.
- Generate the business through visiting Clients personally and meeting them from time to time for getting repeat sales.
- Meeting Chef and Purchase managers, Executives, Owners of Hotels and Restaurants in assigned territory.
- Maintaining Customer Data.
- Client Meeting and Client Presentation.
- Understanding Client needs and suggesting appropriate products and services.
- Resolving problems and issues in the market and do troubleshooting if there is any complaint in the product.
- Working with the chefs & Regular meetings and follow-ups with top officials including F&B Manager, Chefs, and Purchase decision-makers of esteemed chain and group for local tie-ups.
- Handle the team of distributor salesman & company representative on time to time basis
- Ability to sell the product basket offerings
- Tracking of Tenders and generate business
- Networking with Local bodies like Aahar & other food expos on time to time basis
- Co-ordinate with C&F / CSA for the supply of orders & timely deliveries
- Co-ordinate with Factories for demand planning and tracking of supply
- Custodian for Claim Management of Region
- Develop the Niche channel set-up for 5 star Hotels / Offshore / Railway & Flight catering / CSD & CPC Canteens
- Inputs to NPD team for the customized product offering for the key clients and ensuring product availability as per agreed timelines
- Establishing the Commercial checkpoints and fast churning of payments w.r.t. industry current practices
- Sampling & Product trials with Presentations to Key stakeholders on time to time basis
- Liasioning with Key stakeholders for upcoming requirements and back up plans for catering to the same
Desired Profile:
1. Experience: 8-10 years of HoReCa sales experience
2. Domain Key Account of HoReCa Sales
3. Qualification -MBA
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
5. Should have a Pleasant personality
6. Should have high integrity, focus on business improvement and innovation.
