Job Title: Sr. Manager- HR
Reporting: HR Head
Location: Bangalore (Work from home till further confirmation)
Job Responsibilities:
- HR Policies:
- Develop appropriate policies and programs for effective management of the people resources of the organization.
- Develop and monitor and implement overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
- Induction:
- Support in scheduling and conducting the Induction / Orientation Programs for smooth transition of new entrants.
- Ensure completion of various Pre & Post Joining activities for all new hire.
- Educate new employees on the HR policies and conduct refresher trainings for existing employees.
- Compensation & Benefits / Payroll:
- Responsible for overall Payroll for the organization
- Responsible for consolidation of payroll inputs such as attendance sheet, leave records, statutory contribution, incentive, conveyance, advance / loan adjustment, etc.
- Handling employee grievances related to Salary & Compensation Structure and taxation.
- Review of payroll reports before payroll transactions.
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately and timely every month
- Oversee salary changes month on month, advances, deductions, changes if any
- Collect employee's investment proof forms and supporting documents.
- Filing TDS returns quarterly/Annually
- Statutory Compliance:
- Ensure all the required statutory compliances are followed.
- Ensure monthly challan generation and annual reconciliation of statutory payments.
- Performance Management:
- Interface with Managers / Head of Departments for performance mapping of each individual.
- Facilitate PMS process and ensure effective and timely closure of the process.
- Ensure objective / goal setting is completed as per the requirement.
- Solve employee concerns / queries, if any.
- Database Management:
- Maintain & update employee database: Employees statutory related data, attrition, new hire.
- Provide data analysis / reports as and when required.
- HR Audit:
- Handle HR Audits and guiding the team for HR Process audit on timely basis.
Desired profile
- Academic background in University Graduate with MBA in HR
- Previous experience in or with 4 - 8 Years in HR Generalist/ HR Manager
- Notice Period - 15 Days to 1 month
