Roles and Responsibilities
- Generating and exceeding sales targets/ forecast accuracy from assigned territory month on month.
- Identifying sales opportunities by constant physical scouting the environment, pursuing the identified opportunities and calling on the potential customers.
- Follows all steps defined in sales management process.
- Submits daily , weekly and monthly MIS as defined in .
- Completing all the documentation associated with the order, i.e. order tender or RFQ, technical clarifications and data, legal documents, etc. and submitting them to the customer within the given timeframe.
- Meeting volume growth with sustainable margins.
- Is the one stop window for the customer. Leading the project to its successful completion and handing over to the customer in coordination with fulfilment and ensure customer excellence via CSS/handover/etc.
- Coordinating with the Installation team and the Logistics team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of the product.
- Responsible for account receivables as per stages defined.
- Actively participates in all learning & development projects / trainings.
- Actively coordinates with specifier team for enquiries and CRM with architects/consultants etc.
Customer & Market
- Collates all Market Intelligence info of territory and submits to Sales Manager on monthly basis
- Ensure customer visits are done to build CRM
- Ensures coverage of market and bidding consistently by team
Desired Candidate Profile
Min. 3 years of experience into project sales in the related industry
