Roles and Responsibilities
Retail Merchandising
1. Ensuring the Stock Allocation is done as per the plan
2. Ensuring replenishment & Shuffling to all the POS has been done as per their requirement and on a timely basis
3. To plan seasonal sales and Buy plan drafting.
4. In season analysis and reporting of Plan vs. Actuals.
5. Assortment/Range planning.
6. Monitoring stock levels to optimize inventory liquidation.
7. ERP Evaluation as per business processes.
8. Business Intelligence tool identification / development and implementation.
In season Analysis & MIS
1. Weekly performance review of sell thru for all the POS
2. Mid-season and post season Region wise size set analysis
3. Ensuring replenishment to all the EBOs/SIS has been done as per their requirement by analyzing their sale for the period and mapping them with the replenish quantity.
4. Updating stock and sale for all the POS, to track their requirement and inventory control
5. Weekly Buying MIS review and GRN review after every 4 days
6. Post season analysis for all the rationales to update rationales for the next collection
7. Analyzing region wise, category wise sale and stock contribution
8. Preparing all the reports required by the buying team for their smooth functioning
9. Making seasonal calendar to control the smooth and timely functioning of all the departments
Desired Candidate Profile
1. 7+ years of experience in Merchandising and Retail planning for Manager role.
2. 2-6 years of experience in Merchandising and Retail planning for AM and Executive role.
3. Knowledge of Advance Excel
4. Quantitative and analytical skills
5. Good communication and Presentation skills
6. Understanding of Markets and Customer Segment
