Job Location: Tamil Nadu: Coimbatore, Trichy, Madurai, Assam: Silchar
Role & Responsibilities:
1. To Create Channel Sales Network & Secondary Sales for our Distributors &Dealers.
2. Develop and manage an efficient distribution network to improve sales performance.
3. Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
4. To create orders through Distributor & Dealer Network.
5. To follow up for A/C Receivable, Inform accounts accordingly.
6. Develop creative promotional strategies, seek approval & execute, to create bigger Success.
Qualification, Skills, and Attributes:
- Minimum 5 years of Channel Sales experience in the respective territory.
- Good Selling Skills
- Pleasing Personality, Consistency, and Fluency in English or Hindi are mandatory.
- Should be Graduate or Post Graduate in Sales, Marketing or any relevant degree.
- Strong Regional Market knowledge and Open to travel
- Strong Communication and Presentation skills
- Focused and result-oriented
- Self-motivated and good leadership skills
