This role will be supporting analytics for 1-3 games. You will be expected to drive data driven decision making by using Machine learning & Data science models.
You are expected to manage
expectation of senior management, growth and product teams.
Develop an In-depth understanding of user journeys on Digital Platforms and generate data driven insights & recommendations to help product business in meticulous decision making.
End-to-end ownership of key metrics, work with respective product owners to understand areas we need to measure and ensure the needle is moving in the right direction.
Develop strong hypothesis, execute A/B experiments and identify area of opportunities with strong confidence level.
Work cross-functionally to define problem statements, collect data, build analytical models and make recommendations
Key Competencies
0-3 years of experience for Analyst and 5-7 years for Manger, in core business analytics.
Excellent understanding of SQL, Python/R. Ability to be hands-on. Experience in working on large datasets is a must.
Hands on experience in creating Machine learning models, and applying statistical algorithms like Regression (Linear/Non-Linear), Classification algorithms, Supervised and Unsupervised ML algorithms
Strong problem solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Under graduation in Engineering /Statistics/Operational Research.
