Position Summary
The PeopleSoft SCM position provides application design, development, integration, and enhancements along with end-user support and problem resolution on Supply-Chain related modules within PeopleSoft FSCM. Responsibilities include support for additional Corporate-wide, and Regional/Local applications as required.
Functions
- Support Supply-Chain modules and other application projects through the Project Management Lifecycle as both a technical developer and functional resource.
- Assist with defining business requirements, creating project plans with phases, milestones, and go-live dates, ensuring effective organizational change management with all business units & service lines worldwide in compliance with Corporate change management standards.
- Provide functional support and help-ticket resolutions.
- Proactively identify and respond to issues, limitations, and deficiencies in the custom application configuration/development and delivered application software.
- Responsible for application design, development, and configuration changes in the supported software applications, including implementations, enhancements, and upgrades.
- Collaboratively work with the business and IT groups to define and document their requirements of system applications.
- Responsible for unit testing and assisting with system testing and the coordination of integration and user testing of all application solutions, including upgrades, to ensure delivery of quality solutions.
- Create technical and functional documentation for system administration, user support, & training.
- Utilize effective organizational change management, including training, communication, and organizational alignment.
- Measure and report on the impact of the application on business process efficiency, effectiveness, and user satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal and external customers.
Qualifications
REQUIRED
- Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Business, or equivalent.
- Must be fluent in speaking and writing English.
- 2 to 7 years of experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2.
- Experience in Application Engine, PeopleCode, Component Interface, Integration Broker.
- Experience developing and modifying reports using SQR and BI Publisher
- SQL knowledge to read and write complex queries.
- MS Office products experience.
DESIRED
- Supply-Chain related module knowledge/experience(Purchase/Billing/e-bill/inventory/sales-order/procurement)
- Oracle Database experience
- Working knowledge of interfacing with third-party applications.
- Expert level knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM modules.
- Experience with Integrations
- Prior experience working with multiple cultures and nationalities
