Evaluate present team strength and propose training on new technologies
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Report to management and provide support through HR Conduct, IT training such as Effective One-on-Ones, Performance Management, etc.
Soft Skill Support current and future business needs through the engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
Stronghold on MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word document ) is required
Open for both Day Shift and Night Shift
