Strong knowledge in ServiceNow of CMDB implementation, maintenance and hierarchy (Must)
Candidates with 5+years of experience and a demonstrated knowledge of Asset Management in ServiceNow (Orlando or later), working in a large, global enterprise organization with a varied and large CI environment .
Experience of implementing and/ or maintaining ITSM using ServiceNow Service Management system (Discovery, Asset Management, Procurement, Contract Management and Software Asset Management modules), be ServiceNow System Administrator qualified and/ or transferrable experience with other service management and discovery tools
The ideal candidate will have a deep knowledge of a CMDB hierarchy implemented in ServiceNow ie Class, forms, dashboards, reporting
Candidate should have experience with ITIL methodologies; ITIL v3 foundation minimum, ideally ITIL v3 Intermediate in Service Transition, with experience in a large enterprise ITIL environment
Candidate must have a demonstrated knowledge of Configuration Management best- practice governance methods, associated processes and policies. The ideal candidate will have experience implementing automated Configuration Management processes
Ideal candidate should be confident importing, manipulating and exporting large data sets using SQL, VBScript, Business Objects, MS Access, MS Excel and/ or other technology
Candidate must have strong ability to balance stakeholder demand and influence IT stakeholders
Excellent organizational, time management and communication skills; self- driven, detail oriented, and determined
Candidate should be flexible and adaptable with the ability to work on multiple assignments and must be customer- facing; ability to prioritize and manage work, adhering to critical and aggressive timelines in a fast- paced environment
Experience in requirements gathering, determining business process flow, and task level mapping
Establishing and driving outcomes that are measurable, sustainable, and aligned to industry best practices
