Roles and Responsibilities
Work closely with Presales, Delivery and Sales teams spread across the globe in creating and submitting pricing proposals
Ensure the processes and policies related to pricing and margin threshold are strictly followed
Interact with Business Heads, Delivery Heads and CXOs in providing necessary inputs to aid them in deal related decision making
Provide necessary approvals on pricing at various stages of the Sales cycle such as Opportunity verification on CRM platform, reviewing commercial clauses in MSA/SOW, maintaining price related parameters in SAP etc..
Understand Order to Cash process
Work with respective Business Heads/Delivery Heads in margin improvement initiatives
Communicate and report key metrices to internal stakeholders on tight timelines
Analyze Sold Vs Actual gross margins and provide actionable inputs for improvement thereof
Build the team capabilities and accelerators to sharpen the edge for the organization in Pricing and Analytics
Manage internal and statutory audits to satisfaction ensuring there are no major observations therein
Desired Candidate Profile
Skills
CA/MBA/Commerce Graduate
Minimum 3 years of pricing experience
Knowledge of different pricing models
Ability to handle pressure and manage tough demands and deadlines
Flexibility to support at different time zones
Good to have: Experience of having worked in multi-year and complex large deals
