JOB PURPOSE
What is the main purpose or objective of the job; and what will it contribute to the overall business of the company.
Mange the Back Operation team and manage on time delivery of various projects within budget. Must be able to integrate various teams like Data Analytics (Application & Result Processing), Printing & Logistics, Scanning & Digitization team. Must maintain good working relation with all cross functional teams and ensure team productivity at highest level. Must manage vendor and work with all supporting teams including Presales, DevOps, PEPE and digital evaluation. Must have very good project management experience. Must have a good understanding of cost optimization and optimal utilization of available resources. Hands on experience in digitization, printing & logistics are critical for this role.
WORK RELATIONS

1 Internal Interface Project Team, Pre-sales team, Sales team, Content Management Team, Technology team, Finance & Purchase team
2 External Interface Customer Demo or Solutioning Discussion
Vendor Identification, selection, price negotiation, onboarding (along with purchase team)
3 Reporting Head – Operation and Delivery
CRITICAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Requirement gathering and understanding the entire scope of the project Planning the project delivery with-in time and budget Critical inputs on project costing – Digitization, Printing & logistics, effort estimations. Project timeline analysis, scheduling project activities, budget creation, execution planning, people and infrastructure allocation plan Meeting the standard SLA defined for each project and ensuring the compliance on quality Stakeholder communications management. Vendor management. Cross functional team coordination and collaboration. Customer Communications Management Understanding on data sensitivity, data security and various cost effective data storage solutions Good Team management skills and eye for detailing Conducts structured review of projects and audits projects (for process compliance) and fixes the gaps with corrective actions Evolve risk mitigation and contingency plans and manage internal and external conflicts Learn, adapt, train and implement new technologies/methodologies People Management, Team Building, coaching and Identifying Training Needs Recruitment, Retention, resource Back-up plan Conflict Management.

Qualification and Experience
Graduates in any field with more than 15 years of experience Strong experience in digitization, scanning, printing would be given preference Must have managed team size of 15+Proven experience in handling diverse teams Demonstrate expertise in business transformation and operational excellence Experience in working in EdTech and/or company having strong portfolio in Assessments would be preferred.

Skills and Knowledge
In-depth understanding of scanning set-up and operations, scanning throughput, sizing the scanning activities and achieving the milestone In-depth understanding of printing sensitive content, various methods of packing, logistics (transportation of sensitive material/examination material), costing the printing activities, scheduling the deliverables, setting the quality standards for zero defects Understanding of OMR sheets – design, various types, costing, scanning and extracting of bubbled data, costing the printing activities, scheduling the deliverables, setting the quality standards for zero defects Ability to handle large data, data analytics, conceptualizing the business rule and arriving at the final analysis of data High Proficiency in MS EXCEL is a must. SQL knowledge will be added advantage Must have managed min team size of 10+
