Roles and Responsibilities
1. To handle end to end transition / ramp up of new and existing accounts and manage the project scope and schedule
2. To formulate, design, construct transition projects and present transition solution internally/externally.
3. Should understand the requirements of detailed transition implementation plan for new client proposals
4. Should be able to perform a due diligence during Transition period to align with the contractual obligations and set expectations on the Transition with customer and internal stakeholders
5. To be the single point of contact with the client, the implementation team & senior management to provide 360 degrees view of transition management
6. To ensure all possible risks that can adversely impact project timelines are highlighted timely & mitigation plans are in place. Brainstorm with the team and prepare internal risk & Issues management procedures
7. Lead and execute structured governance with key workstreams involved in transition implementation (HR, Recruitment, Admin, Technology, Process, Finance & Legal)
8. Develops the over-all transition project plan and guides the Knowledge Transfer leads in creating the per process/ work stream project plan.
9. Follow transition toolkit & strive for continuous improvement in the toolkit documentation.
10. High Impact Internal projects undertaken (if any) -Drive internal high impact initiatives such that they are executed per plan and receive excellent internal customer feedback
11. Develop good working relationships with Clients, Shared services, Cross functional and Operations teams
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10 12 years of RCM experience, with about 3 to 4 years of Transition experience
- Candidate should be well versed with various subprocess in RCM
- Should have exposure to Project / Transition Management Functions. Good to have completed training in project management / Related programs
