Roles and Responsibilities
- This role is ideal for someone who has managed a network of at least 10+ Restaurants and some servers.
- Role involves travelling to restaurants for various IT support needs
- Diagnose and Troubleshoot software and hardware problems
- Help and support Restaurants in installing application and programs
- Resolve network issues
- Configuring operating systems
- Connect over remote desktop connections to provide immediate support
- Diagnose and troubleshoot Printers technical issues
- Outlook account setup
- Network configuration and Troubleshooting
Desired Candidate Profile
- Candidates with minimum 2 years of prior experience in providing IT support to remote employees
- Experience in QSR Industry will be an added advantage
- Knowledge of Windows networking, POS, Printers etc.
