Roles and Responsibilities
We are hiring for Sales Counselors for NIIT Ltd for Various Locations in Madhya Pradesh(Student Counselling).
Locations- Gwalior, Jabalpur & Sagar.
1) Market Understanding - Knowledge of Micro Market of the location, prospect base, ecosystem (colleges around the center, Coaching centers, Placement partners, Alumni base, etc..)
2) Enquiry Generation:
a. Conduct multiple activities in Colleges, Partner Locations & Other locations/Job fairs within the location or outside location. Engage effectively with TG (Grad & Last Semester students) to ensure lead/inquiry generation.
b. Relationship building with all Stakeholders( Engage with TPOs , college principals , Coaching centers, partner etc..)
c. Extensive travel to outreach locations for Enquiry generations.
d. Create and Expand the base of locations by adding more locations every month.
e. Activity management end to end, identification of place with infra, Calling prospects/database, making a presentation to audience.
3) Admission Process:
a. Ensure correct and full course information is shared with the students.
b. Ensure students admission process is followed.
c. Pitch customized finance options and assist the student in the process of getting finance.
4) System Updation & daily Reporting:
a. Update system regularly
b. Daily activity reporting
c. Contribute to Batch occupancy and Batch launch
