Roles and Responsibilities
Responsibility:
Key Account Management
- Responsible for assigned key accounts on Ecoomerce such as Flipkart, Amazon, Big Basket.
- Monitoring of sales, catalogue, promotions, pricing
- Prepare and analyse regular weekly/monthly sales reports for assigned key accounts
- Handle appointments and inwarding of stocks in the key accounts
New Business Development and Distributor Management
- Manage operations of distributors to make sure the work in ecommerce chains is executed as per plan by the distributor.
- Evaluate and add new channel partners for new portals/chains
Catalogue Management & Promotions
- Listing & Catalogue Management on assigned online portals
- Deal with internal stakeholders and agencies to get listing and new product introduction done on time and as per required standards
- Competitive analysis of our competitor products.
Internal Operations & Inventory Management
- Responsibility of operations, execution, sales on assigned e-commerce/modern trade key accounts.
- Coordinate with internal employees/agencies for any catalogue related work Photoshoot/content etc.
- Inventory Management and coordination with internal Operations teams for accurate and timely dispatch of goods
- Coordination and follow-up for activities like Price updation, billing, dispatch, etc. for assigned key accounts
- Returns Management and Claim of our products
Skills/Qualifications: MBA in marketing/Sales, 2-5 years of prior relevant experience in Ecommerce Key Account Management or in Modern Trade.
Should be good with Excel
Desired Candidate Profile
FMCG Background, experience in Ecommerce sales. MBA with 2-5 years of experience.
