Roles and Responsibilities
1.Experience in working with IT/ITES companies
2.Lead the process of FP&A (Budgeting, Sales Forecasting & Annual Operating Planning)
3.Exposure in implementing ERP
• Managed Chart of Accounts
• Co-ordination with various departments
• Testing in a sandbox environment
4.Exposure in leading Due Diligence for Fund Raising & M&A activities
5.Strong hands on with Microsoft Excel, Power BI & Power Point
6.Good understanding of business and commercials terms (MSA/SOW)
7.Ability to work in a team and strong communication written & oral
Requirements & Qualifications
•Education : CA/MBA
•Experience : 10 years +
