Business Development
a) To meet product wise and rupee value target sales
b) To ensure sales of all brands in all markets through ethical and profitable methods
c) To monitor identification and Rx contributed by list of drs and develop relations with them to grow business
d) To ensure proper utilisation on inputs given and Rx growth
e) To ensure brands Rx growth by implementing strategies through Medical Representatives
f) To ensure collection of dues within the stipulated time period
g) To ensure that all his team members are following company norms and marketing strategies.
Inventory Management
a) To mange inventory and billing at C&Fs
b) To monitor and reduce the close expiry and slow moving stock
New Product Launch
To ensure success of new product launches
People Management
a) To develop, train and coach the Medical Representatives for effective RCPA and in-clinic performance
b) To build engaged, enthusiastic, energetic and effective TEAM of Medical Representatives
c) To ensure superior performance of teammembers and take actions on non-performers
d) To reduce attrition and recruit competent MRs in case of vacancies within 10 days
e) To monitor ORS closely and to guide the team members regularly
Desired profile of the candidate
Lead a team of Medical Representatives to meet set goals.
Involves extensive travelling and field work to meet doctors, chemists and stockists.
Co-ordinate with Marketing Office and stockists, C&F to maintain smooth distribution.
Must have a proven track record of sales management in pharmaceutical industry
