Roles and Responsibilities
PERSON HAVING EXPERIENCE IN WOOD ADHESIVE WILL BE ONLY PREFRABLE.
- Identify and develop markets for business and develop new opportunities/ New products as per market demand.
- Can perform competitive intelligence in the local market to improve understanding of both local and global competitors.
- To formulate schemes for business associates with particular to product and pack to promote and attract more user in market.
- Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- To handle fixing of products prices considering costing, competition, product positioning and bottom line.
- To handle the budgeting of sales, manpower cost and marketing (product promotional meets, schemes, print media, exhibitions, etc.)
- To manage wide product range which includes Wood care and Repair Adhesive Products (PVA).

Motivation for Sales and Sales Planning.
Strong communication and listening skills.
Should have worked in wood care adhesive manufacturing company,.
Gregarious personality to inspire confidence in customers, consultants and regional managers.
Knowledge of selling wood care products and min yrs experience in selling wood care related adhesives products through project, retail counters, carpenters, applicators, industries and architects.
