Job Description
The Contractor Enablement Associate is a full-time role on the Legal Operations Team, to support the execution of day-to-day operations related to handling legal contractors, secondees and interns.
The Contractor Enablement Associate supports contractor, secondee and intern on-boarding / maintenance / exit / extension processes using IQN.
Key Responsibilities:
IQN Contractor Enablement: generate Accenture Enterprise ID / Enterprise Password for a contractor / secondee / intern. Help obtain / set up Accenture PC and / or security badge.
IQN Contractor Maintenance:
oInteract with Legal Technology Operations to on-board a contractor / secondee / intern to allow access to Accenture Legal internal tools.
oInteract with contractors / secondees / interns to meet their MyLearning Ethics & Compliance training requirements.
oInteract with Accenture Legal Professionals to extend or close a contractor / secondee / intern record in IQN.
oRequest contractor/secondee/intern extension via IQN. Assist with budget creation / revision of Work Orders in IQN.
oWork Order WPO) management: creation of WOs in IQN, Field Glass or T360 with appropriate fiscal year budgets. Assist with budget creation / revisions of WOs.
oInteract with Accenture Professionals, law firms and staffing agencies to answer status questions and resolve issues. Research contractor related queries as they occur.
oTrain / assist Legal professionals / law firms / staffing agencies on contractor related system and supporting processes.
oAssist contractors / secondees / interns with the required trainings if applicable.
IQN Contractor Exit: close IQN record to disable Enterprise ID / Enterprise Password of a contractor / secondee / intern. Initiate PC recovery process.
Contractor Conversion to a Full-Time employee (FTE): interact with Human Resources to secure uninterrupted Enterprise ID / Enterprise Password / Outlook / Internal Tools access.

Reports to:Legal Operations Vendor Management Manager.
Internal Relationships:Legal Vendor Management, Contractor Exchange (CX), IQN Enablement, Human Resources, Legal Professionals worldwide, Procurement, CIO, Accounts Payable, Legal Technology Operations.
External Relationships:Law Firms, Legal Staffing Agencies, Other Staffing Agencies.
Qualifications:
Education:
Completed university degree preferred however we will also accept candidates currently enrolled in a university/college in pursuit of their degree.
Finance or legal background preferred.
Work Experience:
Experience with Microsoft Office programs, including use of SharePoint.
Work Requirements:
No Travel / Minimal Travel Required.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Fluent in English. Fluency in other languages is a plus.
Work in a team environment and collaborate with others.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with the appropriate discretion.
