Job Description
Need Chef who can make both Continental & Chinese Food.
Monitor the quality and quantity of food that is prepared.
Prepare cold foods.
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
Ensure proper portion, arrangement, and food garnish.
Prepare special meals or substitute items.
Work well in stressful situations, remain calm under pressure and able to solve problems.
