An Assistant Director of Nursing is responsible for the nursing team and quality of patient service in the absence of the Director of Nursing. The Assistant Director of Nursing will supervise, analyse, delegate and evaluate nursing activities to ensure patient comfort and care.
We are hiring for an Assistant Director of Nursing who will assist in ensuring the nursing department provides consistent, attentive, and efficient care to patients. The Assistant Director of Nursing will be responsible for monitoring nursing staff, nursing activities and patient care, as well as ensuring nursing activities are in compliance with federal, state, and local standards.
Assistant Director of Nursing Duties and Responsibilities
- Previous experience in Nursing.

Assistant Director of Nursing Skills and Requirements
- Help to hire, train, teach, and monitor nurses.

- Prepare the daily schedule and planning shifts.
- Ensure nursing staff follows departmental procedures and policies.
- Assist in budget preparation and expense management.
- Conduct patient rounds and addressing complaints.
- Evaluate the performance of the department and recommending improvements.
- Schedule staff meetings for patient updates, issues, and recommendations.

Audiologists are medical professionals who assist people with ear-related issues. Audiologists work in a health-care facility identify, assess, and treat various hearing problems.
We are recruiting for an Audiologist to join our medical team responsible for supporting and assisting patients who experience ear-related problems. As our Audiologist your responsibilities will include treating patients who are physically and developmentally impaired, consulting with other medical staff to determine the appropriate treatments and performing tests on patients.
Audiologist Duties and Responsibilities
- 3 years’ experience practising Audiology.
- Strong communication skills.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology.
Audiologist Skills and Requirements
- Administer tests on patients and recording results for future reference.
- Supply listening devices such as hearing aids.
- Conduct auditory tests when required to by a physician
- Insert listening devices according to the patients’ physiological needs.
- Maintain medical records based on evaluations.
- Consult with other medical practitioners about the patients’ needs.
- 3 years’ experience practising Audiology.
- Strong communication skills.
- Masters or Doctoral degree in Audiology. Our organisation is looking for a Care Assistant to help our clients with a wide range of tasks. In this role, your duties will include assisting clients in washing, dressing, maintaining their hygiene, preparing food and drink, maintaining a clean environment, and identifying activities that support the client’s mental and physical well-being. The ideal candidate will hold BTEC or NVQ healthcare qualifications, have knowledge of treatment plans, and have high levels of empathy.

- Provide personal care, including washing and grooming assistance

- Assist with mobility, household tasks, and shopping
- Keep accurate records of visits

- Good maths and English skills
