The intent of ‘nexarc’ is to provide access to information, opportunities, products, solutions and services to Emerging. ‘’nexarc’ also establishes connects between Tata Group Companies/ other large Corporates and Emerging Businesses
Roles/Responsibilities
- Participate in discussions with customers and understand their requirements
- Be the Product expert and meet customer requirements with the Product capabilities
- Assist customer facing teams like support and customer engagement team with customer queries
- Define Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and regularize SOP
- Consolidate and report - product performance and adoption data
- Conduct product training for customer facing team and attend to CRM tickets and Voice of customers

Experience Level
- 3- 5 years of overall experience
- Experience in Account management/ Sales operation/Delivery Management
