Roles and Responsibilities
The desired Candide should be a Hotel Management Graduate with minimum 5 to 10 years experience in the food industry. He should be able to manage multiple outlets along with a work force of 300 to 400 employees. He should have knowledge from opening of an outlet, successfully running it and increase revenue.
Good Customer Service, willingness to listen and respond to complaints, understand, and resolve concerns from guests, strong organizational skills, knowledge of sales and event planning, accounting and financial management, problem solving skills for both customers and staff members that have problems at the outlets along with good Leadership to help oversee and motivate staff members.
Desired Candidate Profile
He should be creative with a dynamic personality. He should be innovative with a willingness to grow with the organisation and make a substantial contribution. He should have the ability to work under pressure and should be a team player.
