Job Description:
1. Enable team members to deliver exceptional customer experiences
2. Communicate any product and process changes to the team leaders
3. Monitor performance target trends and provide coaching to the advisors
4. Ensure all relevant business communications are cascaded to the team
5. Analyze performance trends at a site level in order to perform root cause analysis
6. Determine trends, challenges and improvement opportunities
7. Ascertain continuous improvement by investigating and addressing root causes
8. Provide feedback to operational management on performance trends 9. Set the expectations of the in terms of quality and service performance

Mandatory Skills:
1. Candidate should be fluent in English, Hindi & Marathi. All language spoken is mandatory.
2. He/she should be based out at Maharashtra (Job role is Work From Home). Also should have relevant experience of AM /OM role in his past stint in telecom industry.
3. Candidate should be flexible and ready to work in rotational shifts/week off. 6 days working role.
4. Should have stable internet network & asset to work i.e. desktop or laptop. (Company asset is subject to availability)
5. Should have least professional gap with relevant reason of leaving previous organisation.
6. CV should not contain any grammatical mistakes & should mention professional experience in detail with exact dates.
7. He/she should have all required documents i.e. POI, POA, education & professional experience.
8 .Education Qualification- Graduation mandatory
9.Minimum 4-7 Years of experience on papers.
