Job Description
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide voice support for leading American data storage device manufacturers (Internal/ External/Network Attached Storage)
• Provide support to customers via phone and remote access to give quick answers to simple IT issues.
• Installation and configuration of Storage Devices (DAS and NAS)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software problems and help customers install applications and programs
• Document cases, recommendations, and resolutions clearly in the CRM system and escalate cases to senior engineers.
Support for Storage Devices:
• Direct Attached Storage (Internal / External Storage Drives)
• Network Attached Storage
Shift timings: Shift timings: 247 Rotational Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days (Rotational)
Offs: 2 Days (Rotational)

SELECTION CRITERIA
• Undergraduate/Graduate Candidates
• Freshers with excellent communication skills
• Candidates with IT/Technical Support experience are highly preferred
• International customer service experience will be considered if the applicant holds good technical knowledge
• Applicant should be comfortable with night shifts and WFO
REQUIRED SKILLS
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must possess sound technical knowledge
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills
