- Experience in professional environment or internship preferred
- Bachelors degree in a related field
- Interest in technology and desire to learn and grow
- High proficiency and experience with Microsoft Office and Google Business suite programs (Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets and Slides, etc.)
- Experience with the following software is a nice-to-have: Salesforce.com and JIRA; experience with the following vendors is a nice-to-have: G2, TrustRadius, Gartner Peer Insights (online peer review sites)

Desired Candidate Profile:

You will gain real-world marketing and customer relations experience and receive regular peer and manager feedback.
- Own day-to-day maintenance of advocacy community reward inventory, ensure established processes are followed, and update related tracking sheets, follow up on internal collaboration projects, and system backend organization.
- Organize and maintain peer review program execution tasks (such as contact list pulls for net review sourcing, quote tagging, etc.) and ensure extended teams are engaging on action items
- Assist the team in coordinating and executing customer references for various analyst activities
- Align across TIBCO to ensure all customer reference requests are addressed and fulfilled
- Support daily VoC projects, team and program
- Help maintain homegrown reference management solution in Salesforce.com and ensure data is timely and accurate
- Coordinate various project support tickets in JIRA for creating assets (such as creative, web, video-based, etc.) for the VoC team
- Audit and maintain Marketing Release Form database & AdobeSign to identify customer reference permissions and give our stakeholders visibility
- Update and maintain monthly program metrics (capture, production, usage) for reporting dashboard
