Roles and Responsibilities
Facilitate Project Planning and operations monitoring
Ensure alignment to strategy
Must prioritize tasks, set deadlines and map staff to various deliverables
Accountable for program and project management methodology to be used for projects/programs
Accountable for project/program health checks
Guidance and advice towards project/program deliverables, issues, processes, and risks
Monitors project/program performance for projects/programs within PMO responsibility
Facilitate change control process
Track deliverables and benefit realization
Facilitates for lessons learned and project/program closure
Analyze Financial Information
Analysis of data as it pertains to each project and operations, CAPEX and Opex.
Implementation of budgets and the quantification of monetary risk and impact.
Provide budget outlines and financial reports analysis of projects, IT expenses, tracking and advisory for course corrections if any
Ensure Documentation
Projects development and execution needs to be thoroughly documented.
Ensure the accurate completion of such documents.
Reviewing and aiding in the writing of documents relating to a project’s scope, budget resources and justification.
Provide reporting to senior management and stakeholders
