1. Training of Newly hired Sales Promoters
- Induct new sales Promoters by conducting Bootcamp or Passion to serve program online or offline.( Ref program design)
- Develop individual learning journeys on eLMS and coaching/reinforcement plans post training along with Store Managers.
Measure:
100% completion of 12 days boot for new joiners.
2. Training of Tenured employees
- Determines training needs by evaluating learning and available records; observing sales encounters; studying sales results reports; conferring with store Managers/District Managers/Regional Trg Manager.
- Plan, schedule and deliver sales capability training to SPs SMsClassroom/Virtual/OJT including but not limited to,
- Product :- 4F Training and certification
- Champ certification online.
- Sales and Customer Service ( Retail and Omni channel)
- Competency linked Training
- KPI Based Training
- Specific people focused initiatives

Trainer should be from Retail industry
